The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on February 20, 2026, issued revision in the Expiry Dates of Copper and Zinc March 2026 Options Contracts.
In view of the revision in expiry (end) date of Copper March 2026 and Zinc March 2026 Futures contracts due to a Trading holiday, expiry (end) dates of the corresponding Copper March 2026 and Zinc March 2026 Options contracts will be revised as under.
Options Contract - Copper Options March 24, 2026
Existing Underlying Futures Contract - Copper March 31, 2026
Revised Underlying Futures Contract - Copper March 30, 2026
Existing Option Contract Expiry (End) Date - March 24, 2026
Revised Option Contract Expiry (End) Date - March 23, 2026
It may be noted that though the original Expiry date on the Market Watch Screen would continue to display the existing Expiry date, i.e., March 24, 2026, the above contracts will be available for trading only till the revised Expiry (End) date, i.e., March 23, 2026. The Last Trading Day in scrips.bcp file and Product End Date Time in MCX_ProductMaster.csv file will be updated, w.e.f., February 23, 2026 with the revised end date, i.e., March 23, 2026.
