Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), on February 19, 2026, issued the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2026, to further amend the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014.

In rule 31, which states, “Manner of establishing National or Regional or State Human Organs and Tissues Removal and Storage Networks and their function”, sub-rule (4), in clause (c), the words “and by the National networking organization in case of Delhi” shall be omitted.
