Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 18, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Storges charges for Base Metal and Bullion in Commodity Derivatives Segment.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Base Metals Storage Charges for Aluminum, Lead, Nickel, Zinc, and Copper:

o 1st–15th: ₹30/MT/day

o 16th–25th: ₹35/MT/day

o 26th–30th/31st: ₹40/MT/day

o From subsequent month onwards: ₹35/MT/day

• Base Metals Handling Charges

o Forklift: ₹190/MT

o Forklift + Hydera: ₹265/MT (Payable directly to WSP)

• Gold Storage Charges

o 1 Kg: ₹12 per bar/day

o 100 gm (Mini): ₹2 per bar/day

o 8 gm (Guinea): ₹0.25 per coin/bar/day

o 1 gm: ₹0.25 per coin/bar/day

• Silver Storage Charges

o 1 Kg (Micro): ₹0.75/day

o 5 Kg (Mini): ₹3.75/day

o 30 Kg: ₹22.50/day

• Additional Vault & Delivery Charges

o Deposit/Window transaction: ₹350 per transaction

o In-city delivery (within 25 km):

i. Gold: ₹10/kg (min ₹1500; +₹30/kg above 10 kg)

ii. Silver: ₹2500 up to 800 kg (+₹5/kg above 800 kg)

o Silver loading/unloading: ₹35 per bar per activity

o GST and applicable government levies extra.
