Industry Specific Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW), on February 23, 2026, issued the Insecticides (Amendment) Rules, 2026, to further amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971.

In rule 10, in sub-rule (1A), in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and word “30th June, 2024”, the figures, letters and word shall be substituted with:- “30th June, 2026”
