The circular specifies timelines and procedures for pay-in and pay-out of funds and commodities, delivery settlement modes, and deadlines for submission of delivery documentation and tax invoices for each contract. Members of the exchange and clearing members are required to follow the timelines (enclosed in annexures) and ensure compliance with delivery settlement procedures as defined in the attached annexures so that trades resulting in physical delivery are settled in an orderly manner.
