Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Reserve Bank of India (RBI), on February 23, 2026, issued the Foreign Exchange Management (Export and Import of Currency) (Amendment) Regulations, 202,6 to further amend the Foreign Exchange Management (Export and Import of Currency) Regulations, 2015.

The following has been stated:

In the Principal Regulations, after the existing regulations, the following Annex shall be inserted, namely: CURRENCY DECLARATION FORM (CDF).
