The National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) on February 25, 2026, issued circular regarding the SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.
The following has been stated namely:-
• As the Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) e-Stamping application is undergoing maintenance activity, e-Stamping service for SHCIL states will not be available from 25 February 2026, 8:30 PM to 26 February 2026, 1:00 AM.
• Kindly take note of this and plan your DDE transactions accordingly. DDE for the below GRAS states will continue to be available:
1. Bihar
2. Kerala
3. Madhya Pradesh
4. Maharashtra
5. Telangana
6. West Bengal
