The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on February 23, 2026, issued a Rate Contract for Supply of Homoeopathic Drugs (2026–2028).
The following has been stated: -
•The Employees' State Insurance Corporation under the Ministry of Labour & Employment has issued a two-year centralized rate contract (Feb 23, 2026–Feb 22, 2028) for the procurement of homoeopathic medicines across ESIC/ESIS institutions.
•The contract specifies approved firms, fixed F.O.R. destination rates (exclusive of GST), defined ordering authorities, and a six-week delivery timeline.
•Suppliers must ensure strict quality control with government-approved lab test reports, proper packaging marked “For ESI Supply, Not to be Sold,” and QR-based traceability.
•Shelf-life conditions, compliance requirements, and penalty provisions, including forfeiture and debarmen,t are prescribed for non-adherence.
