Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 24, 2026, issued a Corrigendum on the rationalisation of RoDTEP rates.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government has clarified under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 that reduced RoDTEP rates and value caps notified earlier will not apply to exports under ITC HS Chapters 01–24.

•Accordingly, products in these chapters are exempt from the reduced benefit structure introduced via Notification No. 60/2025-26 dated February 23, 2026.

•All other provisions of the notification remain unchanged.
