The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on February 25, 2026, issued the amendment to the Final Findings issued in the Anti-dumping investigation on the imports of “Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET Resin)” originating in or exported from China PR.
The Designated Authority has amended its earlier Final Findings dated December 28, 2020, concerning anti-dumping duty on imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET Resin) originating in or exported from China PR.
The amendment introduces a requirement that individual anti-dumping duty rates will apply only if importers present a valid commercial invoice containing a signed declaration by an authorized official of the exporting company certifying the quantity exported to India, the manufacturer’s name and address in China PR, and confirming the correctness of the information. In the absence of such an invoice, the residual “all other” duty rate shall apply. This requirement is without prejudice to independent verification by Customs authorities under applicable laws and must be read along with the original Final Findings notification.
