The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on February 25, 2026, issued the renewal of License in the form of L-11 for the period w.e.f April 01, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has been decided by the Competent Authority to renew all existing L-11 Licenses for the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027, subject to payment of the prescribed license fee and applicable additional fee within the stipulated timelines. All L-11 licensees must submit their renewal application online through the EABKARI portal using their EXD ID and password, along with the required information and payment of the renewal and additional fees, as applicable.
• The requisite annual license fee must be paid by February 28, 2026; payments made between 1st March and 31st March 2026 will attract an additional fee of 25% of the annual license fee; and payments made on or after 1st April 2026 will attract an additional fee of 100% of the annual license fee, in addition to the license fee. Further, the concerned L-16, L-17, L-18, or L-19 license must be renewed prior to applying for renewal of the L-11 license.
