The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on February 25, 2026, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to Needles for Sewing Machines for Industrial Purpose.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be February 18, 2026 -
• IS 15169 : 2002 Needles for Sewing Machines for Industrial Purpose — Specification.
• IS 15965 : 2012 Pre-Painted Aluminium Zinc Alloy Metallic Coated Steel Strip and Sheet (Plain).
• IS 17235 : 2019 Magnetic Rope Testing ( MRT ) — Specification.
• IS 17236 : 2019 Prevention and Safety Against Fire in Ropeways — Code of Practice.
