Industry Specific ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 20, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Launch of Facilitating Logistics, Overseas Warehousing & Fulfilment (FLOW) Under Export Promotion Mission (EPM) – NIRYAT DISHA.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Support for Facilitating Logistics, Overseas Warehousing & Fulfilment (FLOW) scheme under Export Promotion Mission (EPM) – NIRYAT DISHA has been implemented with immediate effect.

• The initiative aims to address logistics challenges faced by MSMEs involved in international value chains, improving delivery efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and enhancing responsiveness in overseas markets.

• Assistance will cover overseas logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, and market-facing infrastructure, including creation or access to foreign storage, distribution, display, and fulfilment facilities, as per prescribed conditions.

• The scheme will be implemented on a pilot basis for feedback and data-driven refinement. Detailed policy framework, operational guidelines, governance structure, and application procedure are provided in Annexures I–IV.

• Applications can be submitted online until further notice, and stakeholders may provide feedback within 30 days at [email protected]
