Commercial Compliance The Central Marks Department III (CMD) on February 24, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Extension in implementation of Amendment No. 1 to IS 368 : 2014.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Competent Authority has agreed for extension of date of implementation of Amendment No. 1 to the IS 368: 2014 upto February 23, 2027.

• All ROs/BOs are requested to ensure the implementation of the above Guidelines with immediate effect.
