The Government of Madhya Pradesh, on February 27, 2026, issued an amendment to Draft Madhya Pradesh Nagar Tatha Gram Niyam, 2012.
The following has been stated namely: -
• After Rule 15, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:— 15-A. Notwithstanding anything contained in the aforesaid Rule 15, the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Integrated Township Rules, 2026 shall prevail.
• Any objection or suggestion received from any person with respect to the said draft amendment before the expiry of the period specified above shall be considered by the State Government and or before March 13, 2026.
