EHS Compliance The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), on March 02, 2206, issued the Disaster Management (Removal of Difficulty) Order, 2026.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In section 5, sub-section (3), the words "experts and consultants”, shall be omitted.

• In section 5, section 75, in sub-section (2), in clause (aa), the words "experts and consultants”, shall be omitted.
