Finance & Taxation Compliance The Transport Department, Rajasthan on February 25, 2026, issued the amendment to notification no. F.6(328)/Pari/Tax/Hqrs/2021/17882 Dated 05.08.2022 under the Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the said notification, the existing serial number (i) and (ii) shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"(i) Twenty six percent, in case of non-transport vehicles; and

(ii) Sixteen percent, in case of transport vehicles."
