The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on March 02, 2026, issued a circular regarding Corrigendum to Master Circular Membership-Version 3.
The following has been stated: -
•With reference to the Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Ltd Circular dated April 30, 2025 (Master Circular – Membership Version 3), certain paragraphs have been deleted.
•The earlier clause stating that SEBI circulars would prevail in case of inconsistency has been removed.
•The revised text clarifies that the Master Circular covers Exchange communications up to March 31, 2025, and rescinds circulars listed in Annexure-I.
•All other contents of the circular remain unchanged.
