Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on February 27, 2026, notified regarding the Sunset review investigation concerning the anti-dumping duty on imports of “Methyl Acetoacetate” originating in or exported from China PR.

The following has been stated:

• The investigation will examine whether the expiry of the current anti-dumping duty would result in continued dumping and material injury to the domestic industry. The period of investigation (POI) for the review has been specified, along with a separate injury analysis period covering previous years. Interested parties, including exporters, importers, and other stakeholders, have been invited to submit relevant information, evidence, and responses within the prescribed timelines.
