The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on March 04, 2026, issued a Corrigendum to Master Circular - Inspection and Audit – Version 3.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is with reference to MCX Circular no. MCX/INSP/228/2025 dated April 30, 2025, on Master Circular – Inspection and Audit – Version 3.
• In partial modification of the above-referred circular, the following paragraph stands deleted: The Exchange, from time to time, has been issuing various circulars/directions to members. In order to enable the users to have access to all the applicable circulars at one place, the Master Circular in respect of Inspection and Audit is attached herewith as Part A and Part B.
• This Master circular is a compilation of relevant circulars/directions issued by the Exchange which are operational as on March 31, 2025. Efforts have been made to incorporate applicable provisions of existing circulars issued by SEBI/ Exchange.
• In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the applicable circulars, the content of the relevant circular shall prevail.
• The members are hereby informed to read the aforementioned paragraph as: This Master Circular covers the relevant circulars/communications issued by Exchange up to March 31, 2025 attached as Part A and Part B. This Master Circular rescinds the additional circulars and communications listed in Annexure I to that circular.
