The Office of the Excise Commissioner, Chhattisgarh on February 26, 2026, issued notice Inviting Offers for Registration and Supply of Foreign Liquor in the State Of Chhattisgarh.
The Department of Excise, Chhattisgarh has invited online rate offers for registration of Brands/Labels for the financial year April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The offers are to be submitted through the official portal of the Excise Department. Manufacturers, firms, companies, or corporations lawfully engaged in the production of IMFL, FMFL, Malt, Wine, and RTD (Ready to Drink) beverages are eligible to participate and enter into a rate contract for supply during FY 2026–27.
In the case of FMFL, offers are invited from foreign manufacturers owning distilleries, breweries, or blending units located outside India. Such proposals must be submitted through an Indian-registered firm or company acting as the supplier on behalf of the foreign manufacturer.
The last date for submission of rate offers at the office of the Excise Commissioner, Raipur, is June 23, 2026 up to 5:30 PM, and the offers will be opened on July 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Participating firms are required to deposit a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,00,000 through e-challan. Additionally, an application fee of ₹50,000 (non-refundable and non-adjustable) must be paid for obtaining the Login ID and Password to submit rate offers. Applicable taxes, if any, must be borne by the applicant.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at Vanijyik Kar–GST Bhavan, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, with details to be communicated separately. The application form, terms and conditions, and related documents can be downloaded from the official website of the Chhattisgarh Excise Department. No offline offers will be accepted.
