The Government of Chhattisgarh, on February 26, 2026, issued a notice inviting offers for registration and supply of country liquor.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Online Rate Offers are invited for Brands/Labels of Country Liquor, from Companies/firms/proprietorship having license C.S.IB/C.S.IBB issued by Excise Department of Chhattisgarh under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules, 1995 (as amended) for entering into rate contract with EXCISE COMMISSIONER, CHHATTISGARH for supply of COUNTRY LIQUOR (CL) for the period from 1st April, 2026 to 31st March, 2027. Distilleries/Bottling Plants of Chhattisgarh holding C.S.IB/C.S.IBB License and other relevant licenses as prescribed under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (as amended) and Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules, 1995, (as amended), as well as registered with Excise Department for the supply of country liquor, are eligible to apply for rate offer in prescribed format.
• The last date for submission of online rate offers is 16-03-2026 by 17:30 hrs. which shall be opened on 17-03-2026 at 11:00 hrs. The participating firms shall deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards registration of supplier through e-challan only in the Treasury head 0039-800-0761.
