The Government of Andaman & Nicobar Administration, on February 25, 2026, issued the Draft Guidelines for Operations of Night Sea Kayaking (Basic) in A& N Islands.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In this regard, the draft guidelines have been placed in the public domain for seeking suggestions, comments, and inputs from the general public, tourism stakeholders, various departments, etc. The draft guidelines are available on the official website of the Directorate IP&T of at https://tourism.andamannicobar.gov.in. Comments/suggestions/inputs may be submitted to this Directorate of IP&T within 15 days, i.e., on or before March 12, 2026.
• In case no comments are received from the general public, tourism stakeholders, or concerned departments by March 12, 2026, it will be presumed that they have no comments to offer.
