After uploading, the system checks the correctness of the data and generates an acknowledgement or error report if any discrepancies are found.
The utility ensures standardized electronic submission of information such as returns, declarations, or applications, enabling faster processing and reducing manual errors. Taxpayers are required to download the latest template, fill all mandatory fields correctly, validate the file, and then upload it through the portal; once successfully submitted, the application or document is registered in the system, and an acknowledgement can be downloaded for record.
