The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 06, 2026, issued a notification regarding the status of Readiness and Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Investor-Facing Digital Platforms.
The following has been stated: -
•Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has mandated Trading Members to submit the status of accessibility compliance of their digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, portals, etc.) to the Exchange by March 31, 2026.
•To facilitate this, the Exchange has enabled a submission facility on the BEFS portal under Rights of Persons with Disabilities → Digital platform-wise accessibility.
•Trading Members must submit the required details through the portal within the specified timeline.
