Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 06, 2026, issued an update on the single filing system through API-based integration between Stock Exchanges.

The following has been stated:

• Stock exchanges have extended the single filing system through API-based integration for certain XBRL disclosures with effect from March 07, 2026. The system will now cover additional events such as prior intimation of board meetings, trading window closure, fraud/default/arrest disclosures, corporate debt restructuring, loan restructuring under Inter-Creditors Agreement (ICA) or One-Time Settlement (OTS), and Issue Summary Document for buyback.

• The facility applies mainly to equity and equity+debt listed entities, while implementation for exclusively debt-listed entities, REITs, and InvITs will be communicated later. Listed entities shall continue PDF filings for certain disclosures (e.g., Regulation 29 and Regulation 30 events and trading window disclosures) at both exchanges until further notice.

• The initiative aims to streamline compliance and avoid multiple filings across exchanges, and listed entities shall respond to clarification requests from the exchange that raises the query.
