The India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited (India INX) on March 06, 2026, issued circular regarding the Annual Clearing Membership Fees from financial year 2026-2027.
India International Clearing Corporation (IFSC) Limited (India ICC) currently requires clearing members to pay an application processing fee of USD 500 when applying for clearing membership, as per the provisions of Chapter V of its Byelaws. However, the annual clearing membership fee of USD 10,000 had been waived by the management until the financial year 2025–2026.
The corporation has now decided to levy the annual clearing membership fee starting from the financial year 2026–2027. This fee will be applicable to all categories of clearing members.
Additionally, for new or registered members enabling their clearing membership on or after April 01, 2026, the annual membership fee of USD 5,000 will be charged on a pro-rata basis at the time of enablement.
