The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on March 06, 2026, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to Phenolic Moulding Materials.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be February 27, 2026 -
• IS 867 : 2026 Phenolic Moulding Materials — Methods of Test (Second Revision).
• IS 1448 (Part 105) : 2026 Petroleum and its Products — Methods of Test Part 105 Ultraviolet (UV) Absorbance and Absorptivity of Petroleum Products (First Revision).
• IS 1448 (Part 113) : 2026 Petroleum and its Products — Methods of Test Part 113 Determinations of Total Acidity in Aviation Turbine Fuel (First Revision).
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Date of Withdrawal shall be August 27, 2026: -
• IS 867 - 1963 Methods of Test for Phenolic Moulding Materials (Revised).
• IS 1448 [ P : 105 ] - 1981 Methods of Test for Petroleum and its Products [ P : 105 ] Ultraviolet (UV) Absorbance and Absorptivity of Petroleum Products.
• IS 1448 [ P : 113 ] - 1983 Methods of Test for Petroleum and its Products [ P : 113 ] Determination of Total Acidity in Aviation Turbine Fuel.
