The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on March 05, 2026, notified regarding the submission of half yearly Cyber Security audit ATR by Depository Participants.
The circular informs participants about the revision of the deadline for submitting the cyber security half-yearly audit Action Taken Report (ATR). Earlier, participants were required to submit the report through the e-PASS application in the NSDL Depository System.
Under the revised update, the deadline for submission of the cyber security half-yearly audit ATR has been extended to April 30, 2026. The revised timeline will apply in accordance with the provisions of the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF).
