The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 09, 2026, notified regarding the Due Date Rates (DDR) - Monthly Electricity Futures in Commodity Derivatives Segment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The circular refers to earlier communications issued by National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on July 10 and July 30, 2025 regarding the Final Settlement (DDR) procedure for Monthly Electricity Futures in the NCDEX Commodity Derivatives Segment.
• It announces that the Due Date Rate (DDR) for the Electricity Monthly Base Load (ELECMBL) futures contract expiring on 27 February 2026 has been fixed at 3545.00 per MWh, with a base quantity of 1 MWh, which will be used for the final settlement of that contract.
