The Government of Rajasthan, on March 09, 2026, issued the Global Capability Center Policy 2025 (Procedural Guidelines).
The following has been stated: -
•The Rajasthan Global Capability Center Policy 2025 (Procedural Guidelines) applies across the entire state and will remain valid as long as the policy remains in force.
•The Industries and Commerce Department is the nodal department for processing incentive applications, with RICCO acting as the supporting implementation agency.
•Eligibility and incentives for GCCs will follow provisions of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) 2024, with a minimum investment requirement of ₹5 crore.
•Key incentives include capital subsidy (30% up to ₹10 crore), land cost reimbursement, stamp duty and electricity duty exemptions, green incentives, training incentives, and IP creation incentives.
•Procedures for claiming these benefits will be governed by the guidelines and amendments under RIPS 2024.
