Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Goa, on March 05, 2026, issued a notification regarding prohibitory Orders around Porvorim Assembly Complex during the legislative session.

The following has been stated: -

•The District Magistrate, North Goa, has prohibited assembly of five or more persons, processions, carrying weapons, use of loudspeakers, slogan shouting, and burning of fire within a 500-meter radius of the Assembly Complex at Porvorim and Panaji Police Station jurisdiction. 

•The restrictions are imposed in view of the 13th session of the 8th Goa Legislative Assembly. 

•The order does not apply to public servants on duty or genuine marriage/funeral processions with prior written permission. 

•The restrictions are effective from 10:00 a.m., March 06, 2026, until the Assembly session ends on March 27, 2026.
