The Government of Kerala on March 09, 2026, notified the deadline for Filing GST Appeals before Appellate Tribunal.
The Government of Kerala has issued a notification under Section 112(1) of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on the recommendations of the GST Council, regarding the timeline for filing appeals before the Appellate Tribunal.
The notification specifies that June 30, 2026 will be the last date to file appeals before the Appellate Tribunal for cases where the order being appealed was communicated to the concerned person before April 01, 2026.
For orders communicated on or after April 01, 2026, appeals must be filed before the Appellate Tribunal within three months from the date of communication of the order to the person filing the appeal.
