The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on March 10, 2026, issued Circular No. MCX/CTCL/123/2026 regarding the release of MCX Reference Data Files (Masters) Version 1.2. The circular has been issued in continuation of earlier Exchange Circulars dated August 10, 2021, and February 08, 2024.
The Exchange informed that the updated Reference Data Files (Masters) Version 1.2 have been released with certain modifications as detailed in the accompanying document. These updates form part of the Exchange’s ongoing efforts to maintain and standardize reference data used by market participants and associated systems.
Trading Members and empanelled vendors have been advised to take note of the changes and implement the updated reference files in their systems with immediate effect to ensure seamless operations and compliance with Exchange requirements.
