The National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL) on March 10, 2026, issued a circular regarding SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.
The following has been stated: -
•The Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited announced temporary maintenance of its e-Stamping application.
•The service will be unavailable from March 11, 2026 (8:30 PM) to March 12, 2026 (1:00 AM) for states using SHCIL e-Stamping.
•Users are advised to plan their DDE transactions accordingly during the maintenance period.
•However, DDE services for GRAS states Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal will remain available.
