The Government of Meghalaya, on February 25, 2026, issued a notification regarding the deadline for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal.
The following has been stated: -
•Under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya notified timelines for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal.
•For orders communicated before April 01, 2026, appeals can be filed up to June 30, 2026.
•For orders communicated on or after April 01, 2026, appeals must be filed within three months from the date of communication of the order.
