The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on March 09, 2026, issued the revised and updated D.O. Letter of Pharmacy in the Dhanvantri Module for Monthly Assessment.
The following has been stated:
• It has revised the data collection procedure for the Pharmacy component (Point No. 8) in the Dhanvantri Module under its Monthly Assessment mechanism to streamline monitoring and avoid duplication of reporting. The revised instructions discontinue the earlier practice of submitting the same information through emails in addition to the D.O. letter, thereby simplifying the data compilation process at both institutional and headquarters levels.
• All ESIC institutions are required to submit Monthly Assessment data through the Dhanvantri Module by the 7th of every month, and the submitted data will be reviewed during a Monthly Review Meeting held on the 10th of every month at ESIC Headquarters.
• The revised guidelines aim to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and timely monitoring of pharmacy-related performance across ESIC institutions, and all concerned authorities have been directed to ensure strict compliance with the updated reporting requirements.
