The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on March 10, 2026, notified regarding the Procurement of Drugs under DG -ESIC Rate Contract 165 to 169.
The following has been stated:
• It has approved additional pharmaceutical items under Rate Contracts (RC) 165 to 169, which are valid up to December 10, 2027, or until finalization of a new rate contract, whichever is earlier. The approved list (Annexure-A) includes medicines supplied by companies such as Novartis Healthcare Private Limited and Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.
• The newly included items comprise drugs like Brolucizumab Injection, Inclisiran Injection, Asciminib Tablets/Capsules, Dabrafenib Tablets/Capsules, Human Immunoglobulin Injection, and Paracetamol Injection, along with their specified unit rates and supplier preferences (L1, L2, L3).
• Additionally, the validity of the rate contract for Paracetamol Injection (Item No. 1541 under RC-165) will remain effective until December 10, 2027, or until a new rate contract is finalized, whichever occurs earlier.
