Secretarial ComplianceThe Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on March 06, 2026, issued a circular regarding filing of Forms to monitor insolvency resolution processes for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations made thereunder.

The following has been stated: -

•The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has introduced electronic forms to monitor insolvency resolution processes for personal guarantors to corporate debtors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

•Six forms (PGIRP1–PGIRP6) must be filed by resolution professionals to report different stages of the insolvency process.

•These forms will be submitted through an online platform to improve efficiency, transparency, and reduce reporting delays.

•Resolution professionals must upload forms with digital signatures and ensure complete and accurate information.

•Penalties for delayed submission or modification will apply only after June 30, 2026.
