Industry Specific ComplianceThe Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on April 13, 2026, issued the JSERC (Fees, Fines & Charges Regulations) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2026, further to amend the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees, Fines & Charges Regulations), 2024.

Serial No. 1 of the Schedule on Fees, Fines & Charges has been amended to provide that the application and annual fees for the grant of a license under Section 15(1) or exemption under Section 13 shall be as prescribed by the State Government.
