The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on April 29, 2026, issued the master circular on Membership Compliance.
The following has been stated:
• This circular notifies members about the updated Master Circular on Membership Compliance issued by ICCL, in accordance with SEBI’s circular dated April 20, 2023. The Master Circular is updated till March 31, 2026. The updated master circular, effective from the date of issue, is available on ICCL’s website and replaces all previous related circulars and notices.
• If there is any inconsistency between the master circular and specific notices, the relevant notice will take precedence. However, any actions taken, rights acquired, obligations incurred, or legal proceedings initiated under the earlier (now rescinded) guidelines will continue to remain valid and unaffected.
• Members are requested to take note of the update and refer to the circular for compliance.
