Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 30, 2026, issued the Master Circular - Surveillance (Equity Derivatives Segment).

The following has been stated: -

•Exchange has issued a Master Circular consolidating all previous Surveillance Department circulars for the Equity Derivatives Segment.

•It serves as a single reference for policy and operational matters.

•Actions, rights, liabilities, and proceedings under earlier (rescinded) guidelines will remain valid and unaffected.

•The circular is available on the BSE website for members’ reference.
