Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on April 30, 2026, issued a Master Circular for the Investor Services Cell (ISC) and Arbitration Department in compliance with SEBI circular dated April 20, 2023. The circular consolidates all relevant circulars issued by the Exchange and SEBI that were operational as of March 31, 2025, providing a single reference point for market participants.

The Master Circular clarifies that in case of any inconsistency between the consolidated document and original circulars, the provisions of the respective circulars shall prevail. It aims to enhance accessibility, transparency, and ease of compliance for members and stakeholders.

It further ensures continuity by stating that any actions taken, rights accrued, liabilities incurred, or proceedings initiated under earlier or rescinded circulars will remain valid and unaffected. Members and market participants are advised to take note and comply accordingly.
