The Excise Department, Government of Odisha, on April 20, 2026, issued a corrigendum to its earlier Department Order dated March 26, 2026 (S.R.O. No. 266/2026) and subsequent corrigendum dated March 31, 2026, introducing further modifications.
The corrigendum substitutes the words “to lift” with “to realise” in Clause (x) of the Order and Clause 3(xvi)(o) of Form ‘A’. It also revises Clause 3(xvi)(e)(1) of Form ‘A’ to prescribe a non-refundable application fee of ₹3,00,000 for IMFL ‘OFF’ shops and ₹2,00,000 for Country Liquor (ENA-based) shops, to be paid online as communicated by the Collector.
All other provisions of the original order and earlier corrigendum remain unchanged.
