The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), on April 29, 2026, issued a consolidated circular on connectivity, compiling all relevant instructions and circulars issued up to April 15, 2026, and superseding the earlier consolidated circular dated April 29, 2025.

The circular outlines connectivity options for trading members, including Point of Presence (POP)-based leased line connectivity and colocation facilities (covered separately). It also designates SIFY Technologies Limited as the Telecom Network Integrator (TNI) responsible for providing end-to-end telecom network connectivity, including last-mile services.

The Exchange clarifies that it acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee connectivity performance, uptime, or service levels. Members are solely responsible for maintaining their network infrastructure and ensuring backup connectivity, with NSE disclaiming liability for any service disruptions or related losses.
