The Government of Arunachal Pradesh on January 16, 2026, issued notification for Commencement of Provisions under Arunachal Pradesh GST (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued this notification to bring into force specific provisions of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
As per the notification, the provisions of:
Clauses (ii) and (iii) of Section 2,
Sections 3 to 5, and
Sections 7 to 15
shall come into effect from October 1, 2025.
