The Government of West Bengal, on April 23, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of GSTR-3B filing deadline.
The following has been stated:-
•The Commissioner, under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for March 2026.
•This extension is based on the recommendations of the GST Council.
•Registered persons can now submit their returns up to April 21, 2026.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from April 20, 2026.
