The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on May 04, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:-
•NCDEX requires members to submit Half-Yearly Networth Certificate (unaudited) as on March 31, 2026, by May 31, 2026.
•Members registered with NSE can submit only to NSE, which will share data with NCDEX; others must upload via the NCDEX Audit Portal.
•Networth must comply with revised SEBI norms, maintaining the higher of Base or Variable Networth at all times.
•Prescribed formats and requirements are provided in Annexures, with certification by CA/CS mandatory.
•Non-compliance, delay, or shortfall may lead to disciplinary action by the Exchange.
