Industry Specific ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 30, 2026, notified regarding the Master Checklist for Listing Requirements as on April 30, 2026.

The following has been stated:

• It covers the entire lifecycle of listing, starting with initial listings (IPO/FPO)—including draft prospectus approval, issue opening, allotment, and final listing approval—and extends to further listings such as amalgamation, demerger, QIPs, ESOPs, rights/bonus issues, preferential allotments, and foreign issuances. 

• The checklist also includes specific requirements for direct listings, REITs and InvITs (including institutional placements), delisting processes (normal, small company, and NCLT route), and debt securities (private placements, public issues, and municipal bonds). 

• Additionally, it provides compliance guidance for SME IPOs, start-ups, mutual funds, OFS/OTB, AIFs, and commercial papers, along with corporate actions like name change, stock split, consolidation, and migration from SME to the main board. 

• It further incorporates requirements for the Social Stock Exchange and references relevant SEBI regulations and BSE SOPs.
