Industry Specific ComplianceThe Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on April 30, 2026, issued direction to Block Specified Websites as per Delhi High Court Order.

All Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with valid licenses have been instructed to comply with an order issued by the Delhi High Court dated April 20, 2026, in the case involving Akkineni Nagarjuna.

As per the court’s directions and subsequent communication from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), ISPs are required to block access to five specified websites/domains mentioned in the official list.

The directive mandates immediate action by all licensees to ensure compliance with the court order by restricting access to the identified online platforms.
